4.11 | Cooperation with University Officials
4.11.A | Your residence hall staff are University officials. Residents must immediately comply with any lawful directions from any University official. Verbal and/or physical abuse directed towards any University staff member will not be tolerated and violations may result in disciplinary action being taken.
